Description and History of Site:-
Pale brick and slate. More modern type taller and narrower (Hatcher 1973). Early maps show that the site had a railway connection to Pocklington Station Low mill on the 6" OS map of 1851, White Corn Mill in 1909. Converted to steam roller mill in 1892, and to gas in 1913 (Hatcher 1973).
Appears to have been demolished and redeveloped to housing (2017).
