Dock Clock Tower

Description and History of Site:-
This red engineering brick tower was designed by William Bell of the NER Architect's Department. Completed in 1902 it was used as water tower for water accumulators or reservoirs for maintaining hydraulic pressure that operated the lock gates and other dock machinery
