Haworth Corn Mill

Description and History of Site:-
Site now under car park for the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway. The first records of a corn mill at Haworth date from the C14, and it is likely that the later corn mill was on the same site. Appears on the OS 6" map of 1847. Seems to have stopped milling corn in the mid C20, but was known to be in use as a grain warehouse at that time. Demolished around 1970 to make way for workshops associated with the railway.
