Description and History of Site:-
Built 1883, tramway ran from Richmond Station to Kew Bridge. Closed 1912.

Premises provided stabling for 30 horses and covered yard for six tramcars.

1912-32 various changes of use.

1932-63 served as Fire and Ambulance Station, when front much altered.

Now annexe of Richmond Adult College.
