Wool warehouse, 25 Square Road - Halifax

Former wool warehouse, viewed from Alfred Street East, Halifax. This pair of wool warehouses were erected in 1852 to the designs of Charles Child, the nearest one being the long-term premises of Messrs. W.H. Greenwood, wool and top makers, occupiers from c. 1887 until recent times. The whole block is now in mixed use occupancy. Photo. June 2017.
