Albert Springs Brewery - Halifax

House erected in Iona Street, Boothtown, by Mr John Sykes, proprietor of the Albert Springs Brewery which operated nearby, between 1863 and John Sykes's death in 1877. The house remained in the hands of the Sykes family for many years afterwards, but has since been demolished. Photo. October 1980.
