A row of wool warehouses erected piecemeal from around 1865 to 1870 for J. Crabtree. Six in number, the earliest warehouse faces Church Street and was occupied in 1887 by Chas. Berwick, woolstapler, and in 1905 by Dawson & Hauxwell, woolstaplers and wool waste merchants.
