The building displaying 'To Let' is on the site of 13 Guildford Street, the original building demolished when the road was altered and became The Headrow. The entrance to Butts Court is still extant, to the left of the bus shelter, the original entrance was arched. The Green Dragon Yard is on the right, named for the public house of the same name.
