Description and History of Site:-
Original building of Holland's Gin Distillery, established 1799 situated on the banks of the River Ravensbourne. A variety of buildings and building styles evident including showroom for a street furniture manufacturer.

The building was purchased in 1922 by Seager Evans and closed in 1971.

The faint inscription can still be read over the entrance: 'Established 1779. Holland and Co's Distillery and Bonded Store'.
Possible re-development planned 2002.
