Grandiose stuccoed architecture of c.1812, originally S. Ridley's floor cloth manufactory (precursor of linoleum, painted and hung from beams to dry).
Became Foster Probyn's beer bottling plant.
Reconstructed as offices retaining facade, c.1973.
