Description and History of Site:-
Bridge carrying Sunny Bank over former Norwood Spur double track railway spur opened by LBSCR 18 June 1862 allowing LCDR trains to run between Norwood Junction and Beckenham Junction Stations - little used after WWI - singled in 1928 - track lifted in 1969 - parts of the line (which ran to the rear of the Goat House PH) are now built over or used for car parking - the parapets of the redundant Sunny Bank bridge (qv) survive.
