Originally (1686) a coffee shop. Hat-making business established in 1765 at 6 St. James's Street - 'the oldest hat shop in the world'. Original shop interior with fittings largely intact.
Includes small museum ('Heritage Room'), showcasing historical artefacts that have been in the family since the business was founded.
