Description and History of Site:-
Local history museum founded in 1903 with more than 80,000 objects.
It holds the Addis company (qv) archive, including the largest collection of toothbrushes in the UK.
Hanging outside the museum is a sign in the shape of a key. Dated 1798, it used to belong to an ironmongers.
