Description and History of Site:-
The mill contains original machinery, including the brakewheel, windshaft, wallower, crownwheel and timber upright shaft. The sails are missing.
Also known as Horning Grove Mill and Carman's, Keable's and Tallowin's Mill after tenant farmers at Grove Farm
In 1981, Neave's Mill became the first Broads mills to be protected by fitting an aluminium cap.
