Description and History of Site:-
Drinking fountain and horse trough in memory of Sir Daniel Cooper, Bart.

Originally there was bronze shell over the waterspout but this was stolen and never replaced.

At the base of the piers are carvings of still-life arrangements incorporating racing paraphernalia.
