Description and History of Site:-
In beautiful stone like rest of village. Strange 'church' windows in east gable with Y tracery. Was a high dam to west of building coming in at first floor level so wheel was probably over- or high breast- shot. Arched exit from mill race in east gable. Three storeys re-roofed in modern asbestos tiles. Medium sized square windows in north and south facades. According to garage man mill stopped c 1919. Link between mill race and Beck now filled in. (Hatcher 1974).
Water mill, probably late C18. Was a garage in 1974. Now (2017) residential housing.
