Trafalgar Works - Halifax

Trafalgar Works, Moorfield Street and Haugh Shaw Lane, Halifax. Erected in 1896 as a mission chapel, and occupied since the 1930s by Farrar Brothers, makers of 'Farbro' brand brushes; though no longer manufacturing they still distribute brushes from the site. Occupants of several workshops immediately behind the Trafalgar Works, have included fent and remnant dealers, the Surprise Metal Polish Co., a skep manufacturer, and a brass founders.
